San Diego State Passing League Field Location and Information

FRIDAY AND SATURDAY, JUNE 13th and 14th

Varsity has a passing league tournament at SDSU on Friday and Saturday, June 13 and 14. The fields are located due west of Parking Structure 5 (the one with the field built onto the roof) at the corner of 55th Street and Montezuma Road. The image below shows the parking structure - it looks like a small football field from the air - and the playing fields to the left. College Avenue is on the right, and Interstate 8 (not visible) would run left/right at the top of the page.

PARKING FEES: it costs $1 / hr to park in the structure. You put your money into a machine and you will receive a printed ticket to place on your dashboard. Bring enough money for the entire day(s). The machine accepts both paper money and coins. According to the University Parking Office, there are no summer school classes on either day, so the structure *should* have adequate parking. But keep in mind that there are a lot of other schools participating in the Passing League, so this will undoubtedly affect available parking. Visitor parking is on levels 1 and 2: DO NOT PARK IN SPACES NOT MARKED FOR VISITOR PARKING. For a map showing additional visitor parking areas (colored in yellow) click here.

Obviously we should try to carpool wherever possible. Please start arranging NOW. Parents, if at all possible please come out and watch at least part of the tournament. It's a lot of fun and our players appreciate the support.
